Lowcountry Crop Planting Guide Published by “Dirt”

Byo-Gon, Inc. sponsored the 2013 Fall planting guide circle published in "Dirt" by the Charleston City Paper. We've done this planting guide multiple times and enjoy seeing when certain items should be planted in our Lowcountry climate. "Dirt" was distributed during the Charleston Green Fair recently.

Soil Problem Solved!

ByoSoil SaltBind and ByoSoil 100P were both instrumental in resolving a long-standing problem a large estate on Wadmalaw Island, SC. This particular location close to the saltwater marsh, has historically had high salt levels in their well water used for irrigation. These chlorides and soluble salts tend to dehydrate the roots of turf and ornamental [...]

Golf Course “Junkies”

I recently had the opportunity to spend some time with one of our golf course customers in New Brunswick, Canada. His Donald Ross-designed course looked great and he relayed to me why… This superintendent, like many others, had bought into all the chemical and fertilizer vendor hype to add more and more nutrients, herbicides, fungicides, [...]
