Restaurant
Byo-Gon PX-109® Organic is used in restaurants as a grease trap treatment and a drain treatment designed specifically to reduce or eliminate organic line and trap deposition as well as fouling and odor by utilizing natural biological action. Existing bacteria and enzymes in the system increase metabolic activity and more rapidly degrade fats, oils, and grease (FOG).
Once Byo-Gon PX-109® Organic is applied, microbes in the system multiply rapidly producing a film of safe grease-digesting bacterial cultures. These cultures work to clean and maintain drain lines and improve the efficiency of the grease trap systems. Generally an automatic feed system equipped with a timer for ease of application is used to insure constant and programmed application rates and worry-free treatment.
Regular applications will reduce and eliminate line and trap deposits, control odor and reduce overall maintenance costs (including expensive and messy pumping of the grease trap). Most importantly there are zero negative effects, which result from the use of non-toxic, biodegradable and environmentally safe Byo-Gon PX-109® Organic.
